What users are saying

1. This time, June 3019, I got Phonak Audeo M90-R RIC.It says: You can select sounds from your SmartPhone’s music library or there is a list of default sounds.

2. But press the arrow on the right side, that will cause a pop-up message that says "get started by adding a sound", press that and a "select from library" option will appear.

3. This sound machine app, so to speak, sends supplied or selected sounds, aka white noise, to lessen or eliminate the tone I hear.

4. When you choose "select from app library" you'll get a list of 10 sounds to choose from.

5. Press that, the "default sounds" included with the app will appear.

6. Sounds included should appear on a menu when one first opens the App.

7. I'm sure it's great just takes some fine tuning. On repeat, the sounds are not continuous.

8. Regarding sounds included I found them in the App, so not sure why others are complaining.

9. I saw a few complaints of the app lacking default sounds.

10. Also, selection is very limited.i was under the impression that this would bluetooth to my hearing aids not just sound from my phone.Wasn't what I expected at all.

11. There were no default sounds available with the app.
