1. In the meantime, there is no way to contact the virtual agent.This new update is not doing any justice! I've tried to schedule my kids appointments and it won't allow me to, and I can't have no virtual visit! This makes no sense! Yall need to do better! Parents have no time for nonsense when their children aren't feeling good!This app does not work!! They set up an appointment, and then the app crashed and when I logged back in the appointment was gone.
2. Last time - I had to wait with my sick child for 1 hour and 15 minutes for a Tele appointment.
3. She will always be remembered and I hope not to need the service but if so I will be searching for her availability.During the check-in process...was chatting with the virtual agent and suddenly my messages were not getting sent and it appeared as if the app was busy (spinning dots in circles).
4. This thing is a damn mess.Why would you delete our current accounts?! I can't even create a new account with this stupid app now! On the day I need a damn televisit for my daughter I can't even get past the continue button and it won't tell me why, email is verified and nothing is missing.
5. But by the time I got back on the line waiting for the doctor, there were 4 more patients in front of me now and it took almost 45min to an hour more to meet the provider.
6. Please keep the scheduled time .Humble request.Many great providers available 24hr 7 days per week.

8. They kept changing providers, and each time, I had to write or redo the whole stuff again.
9. This whole process I wasted nearly 3 hours!! I called the customer service department, and they couldn't help me.
10. It is 100% unrealistic to expect parents of young children to be able to babysit their phone for over an hour.
11. 10 - 15 minutes Here and there is bearable ... but waiting for so long with a sick child 😪 is ridiculous.
