1. It's not a very useful app anymore.Best app for managing a furry family! I've been using PawPrint for quite some time now and have depended on it to keep my furry children's records straight.

2. highly recommendThis appears to be a great app for keeping track of medical records for your pet except... I want to add records and info on my own.

3. That's not selling the value, that's being pushy.Love it! We travel with our old dogs often and it's extremely handy to have their medical records available on my phone in case of emergency, or boarding.

4. Now, this app won't let you request records and I've moved back to storing documents in a paper folder.Went to update info on my pets & all records & data (entered previously on Paw Print) was no longer there.

5. If I got the files from all the vets directly, why would I do that?Before when this was known as Pawprint, the app was easy to use and you could get records from your vet at an affordable cost.

6. For animals with chronic, ongoing conditions, $10 every time we want to update the records is a bit much.

7. Why should I pay again for those records? Will probably not continue using this app.Can't access it with getting constant errors.

8. Pawprint also makes it easy to work with your vet for securing and maintaining records.

9. I have one cat with irritable bowel disease, so managing her records and keeping them on hand is essential.

1. Fix GreatPetCare Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GreatPetCare: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GreatPetCare App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GreatPetCare" » Open GreatPetCare » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GreatPetCare » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GreatPetCare app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GreatPetCare servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GreatPetCare" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GreatPetCare app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GreatPetCare might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GreatPetCare. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GreatPetCare then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GreatPetCare not working

2. Fix GreatPetCare Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GreatPetCare be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GreatPetCare not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GreatPetCare may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
