1. Asks for a lot of premissions that are not necessary!!This app does not work with the phone or the thermometer it is a terrible appBluetooth doesn't ever connect.

2. Poorly designed and flat out doesn't work.App wouldn't connect to the thermometer, apps functionality icons are not easily understandable.

3. Asks for a lot of permissions, why does it need to make phone calls, take video, know your location? Seems pretty shady.This is impossible to use, it crashes constantly and directions are impossible to follow.

4. AND, the $35 Walgreens thermometer that uses this app, also reads a fairly consistent 2° below my actual temperature.Doesn't connect with my thermometer.

5. Also, why does it need location, storage, microphone, camera, and phone permissions? Nope! Uninstalled.Lame. Requests far more access and permissions than it needs.

6. Bluetooth thermometer has two jobs, take temperature and connect to the app via Bluetooth.

7. Two flashing hands with one check? What the hell does that even mean? My droid has no trouble connecting to other bluetooth devices.

8. At least it takes temperature correctly, I could get a regular digital thermometer for half or a third of the price.

9. So if this helps anyone you may want to try that.Can't even connect with my thermometer.

11. For those that say it didn't work, I noticed mine wasn't working until I went to the app, hit settings and actually turned off the Bluetooth and then back ON THE APP.

1. Fix CBT OUcare Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CBT OUcare: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CBT OUcare App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CBT OUcare" » Open CBT OUcare » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CBT OUcare » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CBT OUcare app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CBT OUcare servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CBT OUcare" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CBT OUcare app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CBT OUcare might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CBT OUcare. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CBT OUcare then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CBT OUcare not working

2. Fix CBT OUcare Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CBT OUcare be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CBT OUcare not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CBT OUcare may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
