ORTO Customer Insights

1. Now it no longer shows the history on any vehicle and all of a sudden towards the end of last month (Feb) it started displaying a message saying I used up my monthly lookups and I have upgrade to premium or wait until 12/23 to be able to use it again...that makes absolutely no sense! I understand only be able to look up 3 at a time, or having to upgrade but now I can't use it until December? Well, it was a good app while it lasted.I have been using orto for about a year now, and it is so handy.

2. Since then, it happened a couple more times, as well as a LOT of connection time-outs, and today there hasn't been a single vehicle with a history, even my own is missing among others I know have had the option prior.Functions As Designed - This app is incredibly refreshing it's seamless and intuitive interface makes it a pleasure to use now if we could get the cost of data to go down dramatically it would be perfect'er (That is to say more perfect, if that's a possibility?) A few may disagree & whine about the VIN scanner malfunctioning on their device, well if I want/need a 'VIN Scanner' perhaps I need to download a 'VIN Scanner'.

3. My wish list for the future would be: 1) to be able to give a car a nickname in the app 2) to be able to reorganize the history list 3) be able to group cars into foldersUpdate: good app for finding info on vehicles.

4. A couple cars I had looked up were missing the vehicle history option, both the button and the quick facts box.

5. Let that sink in.Was really good when it came to the history of the Vehicle and finding out If the miles were correct or tapperd with, but like everything else.

6. I wish there was a way to get all the information 100% free but I'm not naive to think that any database or app would actually be 100% free... still would be nice.I'm rating this as one 🌟 because I was unable to determine if the app was actually working or not.

7. The only problem I've encountered (and it may have been something I inadvertently did) is that my look up history has been erased.

8. Does it only keep it stored for a certain amount of time ?Gonna go ahead with 4 stars because it WAS great until last week, the day my premium renewed.

9. This was the best app for precise, point perfect, vehicle history, value, and specifications.

10. I have over 20 cars in my garage and having orto makes it so much easier to keep track of what car has what trim level/ engine size.

11. Considering it is free, it gives interesting information and if you went with the premium subscription then youd hopefully get more details.
