I've had this app about 3 yrs using a Galaxy Note 4, then 9 on Android.. sends texts and calls seem to work fine but can take a few frustrating seconds to answer..ince in a while one can't answer so I have to call them back so then using my credit which is just 30mins Voice, a month which can go very goes fast.

1. Fix Onoff Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Onoff: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Onoff App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Onoff" » Open Onoff » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Onoff » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Onoff app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Onoff servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Onoff" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Onoff app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Onoff might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Onoff. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Onoff then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Onoff not working
