I've had this app about 3 yrs using a Galaxy Note 4, then 9 on Android.. sends texts and calls seem to work fine but can take a few frustrating seconds to answer..ince in a while one can't answer so I have to call them back so then using my credit which is just 30mins Voice, a month which can go very goes fast.

2. Voice quality is often good however some hear a very bad echo.was disappointed when I received a call from an automated service that I signed up to get information from just to find out that when they eventually did call me I couldn't use the dial pad to input numbers.

8. There is also a bit of a weird pause when answering calls which makes the start of the call awkward.

9. How is that not a feature built in right from the beginning? The dial pad only works on outbound calls.

1. Fix Onoff Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Onoff: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Onoff App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Onoff" » Open Onoff » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Onoff » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Onoff app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Onoff servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Onoff" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Onoff app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Onoff might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Onoff. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Onoff then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Onoff not working

2. Fix Onoff Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Onoff be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Onoff not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Onoff may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
