1. one curious thing is that it stresses washing your hands prior to taking the test but during the actual test, the app requires handling your very dirty cell phone , especially if your screen darkens during the process.

2. At the one minute mark, it then allowed for me to manually enter the information.So I took the test, was waiting the ten minutes for results when I got a text, I did not close the app down just switched to another window.

3. The one thing it is good for, verifying that you took the test and storing your results, it failed at! After getting test results, it instructed me to take a picture of the test device and it opened my camera app.

4. The test itself works fine, but the directions aren't great, whether on paper or within the app.

5. Then as I am writing this review it sent me a notification to scan my test for results but I couldn't because it still doesn't let me go to the active test.

7. I dont have an issue with that except I'd rather read it upfront.For one thing, this app is completely unnecessary just to do the test.

8. Checking the FAQ, it told me to repeat the test as a cure for this problem! I think not.It helps to have the timers internal to the app.

9. My only gripe is that you get a timer for swabbing your nose, but no timer when swishing the q-tip in the test solution.

10. The test itself works about as well as any other rapid test.You don't need the app to do the test.

11. Once you've completed the test, it then gives you 5 minutes to take a photo of the test.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix On/Go Issues

1. Fix On/Go Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart On/Go: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the On/Go App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "On/Go" » Open On/Go » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for On/Go » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear On/Go app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from On/Go servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "On/Go" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check On/Go app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, On/Go might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall On/Go. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall On/Go then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing On/Go not working


2. Fix On/Go Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make On/Go be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to On/Go not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, On/Go may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
