1. A short ad typically shows up after you exit out of the drawing mode after having used it for a while.I'd love to give it 5 stars, but it lacks many important features, such as the feature to create frames and animated gifs.

6. The last little thing I'd like to be added is a feature where you can categorize color swatches, instead of having all of them in a row.

7. It makes it extremely difficult to get an idea for what the drawing will actually look like at actual scale.I love this app so much! And there are a few things I'd like to be added to this app for a better experience.

8. App has a palette of preset colors, but also gives you the option to easily select any custom color you want.

9. If this app could add those tools while keeping its simple presentation it would be perfect.This is a very easy to use app with a simple but effective interface.

10. You can zoom in to almost absurd levels where a single pixel fills the entire screen, but ability to zoom out would be great.

11. A few things I'd like to be added is a map feature, so when your zoomed in, you know exactly where you are on the canvas.

1. Fix 8bit Painter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 8bit Painter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 8bit Painter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "8bit Painter" » Open 8bit Painter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 8bit Painter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 8bit Painter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 8bit Painter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "8bit Painter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 8bit Painter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 8bit Painter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 8bit Painter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 8bit Painter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 8bit Painter not working

2. Fix 8bit Painter Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 8bit Painter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 8bit Painter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 8bit Painter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
