1. This should not be sold any longer as it is unfit for purpose.I'm sad to say, after years of using K-@Mail Pro, 1Gravity seems to have abandoned it? I'm getting no reply from them via email (!), their website is abandoned since 2016 (!), and Google won't allow the app to access my Gmail because of security problems.

2. It's a shame, since it's been great functionally until now.I like the app and use it daily, however, can the password in the settings allow copy and paste, please? With various email accounts and in- and outgoing servers and the security requirement to change passwords regularly, practicing typing here is a VERY tedious task.

3. Now down to 1 star: email from Google today: "Although you don’t need to take any action, we wanted to let you know that the following third-party apps will no longer be able to access some data in your Google Account, including your Gmail content.

4. EFFECTIVE 31 MARCH 2019 This App will no longer work as Google has restricted access to Gmail because it no longer complies with Google privacy and security requirements.

1. Fix K-@ Mail Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart K-@ Mail Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the K-@ Mail Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "K-@ Mail Pro" » Open K-@ Mail Pro - Email App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for K-@ Mail Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear K-@ Mail Pro - Email App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from K-@ Mail Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "K-@ Mail Pro - Email App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check K-@ Mail Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, K-@ Mail Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall K-@ Mail Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall K-@ Mail Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing K-@ Mail Pro not working

2. Fix K-@ Mail Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make K-@ Mail Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to K-@ Mail Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, K-@ Mail Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
