1. The individual coach support is supportive without being overbearing or intrusive and the group message boards are a great place to find support when you need it.
2. If your wanting to lose weight, you want to get started not wait for the program to start.
3. You can still use it but it won't send your info to them.The program sounds great but kept waiting to start.
4. Otherwise, I'm not learning anything I don't already know.Long term healthy habits! If you are looking for quick weight loss program this is not it.
5. I find that I don't track what I should because it requires me to update to many apps.The automated weight and BP checks are great.

7. The support info and program is adequate, pretty much like NOOM or other programs.
8. 2) The food tracking, instead of breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack should be on a time schedule.
9. It also does a great job at helping track progress and patterns to help you improve.
10. I rather get a pop-up notification than 5 or more different emails for posts, comments, reminders, etc.The food tracker does not count calories/macros.
11. A good program though.I just started using this app & the main issue I have is weighting myself every day.
