Why should I report an Issue with Colors: learning game for kids?

Not good way to kids .....link forward works well to adults or grown kidsI really love this app it's very educational and my daughter now knows coloursFor kids game how can you default enable vibration.. Just a stupid idea.. No option to disable vibration..very good, my 2yrs boy really enjoyed it.Its good for colour and object identificationI couldn't open the app hence it was useless for us.

It would be nice if the colors were anounced when selected in the picture coloring level.Very pathatic to ad link on screen ....my son i of 3 years but as he play by touching on mobile screen it takes to playstore for you other game .....he gets upset and i got to bing back to game screen he is playing.

4. Seems to be helping with my kid's color identification, however parrot and tomato are mispronounced which isn't ideal.

1. Fix Colors Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Colors: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Colors App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Colors" » Open Colors: learning game for kids » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Colors » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Colors: learning game for kids app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Colors servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Colors: learning game for kids" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Colors app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Colors might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Colors. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Colors then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Colors not working

2. Fix Colors Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Colors be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Colors not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Colors may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
