1. Beware of this app and site! My state of the art phone was infected twice to the point of having to factory reset.Can u fix the site 2 make it easier 2 navigate on Xbox1? I'd open a message from any1 but I can't close it out unless I click on the typing bar in a chat room.

3. I can't get into rooms or chats, everything keeps loading, even after force stopping and clearing the cache.I've been using this for more than 4 years, and before the app I used Yesichat site.

1. Fix YesIChat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart YesIChat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the YesIChat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "YesIChat" » Open YesIChat - Chat Rooms, Video » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for YesIChat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear YesIChat - Chat Rooms, Video app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from YesIChat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "YesIChat - Chat Rooms, Video" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check YesIChat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, YesIChat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall YesIChat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall YesIChat then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing YesIChat not working

2. Fix YesIChat Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make YesIChat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to YesIChat not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, YesIChat may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
