Why should I report an Issue with YgoDeck - Manager for Yugioh?

1. CONS: *New UI cursed - scrolling transitions between sections (decks, database, card info, etc) unnecessary, cards more difficult to add, new playtest format is unplayable (exits with screen flip).

2. Keep your good works on💜💜Hellishly annoying bugs!!!😡😡😡 The additions in "Play" are pretty dope exept everytime I try to test my deck it turns every card on the game a token.

3. Would highly appreciate a portrait game mode screen as it would be easier to operate, also a undo button would be helpful on the main game and life point screens as it would be easier to click as opposed to trying to remember and retype or replace cards or calculations.

4. The only good thing that was added in the big overhaul is the ability to choose a card to use as an icon for a deck, making it easier to remember which deck is which.It's a decent organization tool.

5. The Forbidden, Limited, and Semi-limited cards no longer have large, easy to read markers on them (instead now just tiny red numbers that are easy to miss), and the playtest feature is virtually unplayable.

6. Also the app has problems displaying the card art in the Grid Mode AND often it happens that the app just crashes or just doesn't respond to my touches.Is alot better then expected.

7. Some batching would have been nice! My other suggestion would be for the game mode to hide all the hands when swapping players as there is no way to swap without seeing the other players hand right now.I honestly can't say anything bad about this app.

8. All of the new features are clunky and completely unnecessary, the game completely breaks if you so much as tilt your phone, and the whole game mat, as well as all of the cards, is smaller.

9. The only thing that could be improved is that, on the deck editor, the overview info section displays 'Side Deck' twice instead of 'Extra Deck', but I can deal with it.

10. The app crashes after you add all cards from A-D to your deck and try to test it.

11. A few things: When typing a card code that starts with 0 and proceeding to type the rest of the code, it won't find that specific card.

1. Fix YgoDeck Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart YgoDeck: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the YgoDeck App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "YgoDeck" » Open YgoDeck - Manager for Yugioh » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for YgoDeck » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear YgoDeck - Manager for Yugioh app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from YgoDeck servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "YgoDeck - Manager for Yugioh" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check YgoDeck app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, YgoDeck might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall YgoDeck. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall YgoDeck then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing YgoDeck not working

2. Fix YgoDeck Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make YgoDeck be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to YgoDeck not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, YgoDeck may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
