Why should I report an Issue with Okami: Anime Tracker?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It only shows me a brief view of the lower menu icons, then flashes a white screen.The update dates for anime wouldn't update for some reason and I pulled down to refresh plenty of times it just wouldn't update and wouldnt give me notifications other wise good appThere is some thing that need to be fixed so I looked up one of the anime I like and there was 3 this for it one out of three had episodes.My list wasnt loading for weeks and still not loading now i cant watch anime i saved.

Would've given it 2 or 3 stars if it wasn't for the fact that, though it doesn't promise the sync option, the app appears when searching for "kitsu" and the logo is extremely similar, making it easy to infer that there's some relation/functionality between them.Well it's good, but there's only one problem about this app.

3. Just wish the search function was more refined (filter by year, only one anime shows up when filtering by season).

4. The whole anime lists of mine doesn't contain episodes, even for the last year anime.

5. Pls fix it as soon as possibleLove the design but only wished that the list section has the different categories of completed watching etcThe app doesn't load and keeps telling me that the app has stopped.

6. Other than those points, a good anime tracker app.

7. Will definitely give 5* if those points are addressed.Liked the interface but won't be using it until 2 main issues are addressed: Kitsu/MAL syncing and paid option to remove ads.

1. Fix Okami Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Okami: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Okami App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Okami" » Open Okami: Anime Tracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Okami » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Okami: Anime Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Okami servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Okami: Anime Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Okami app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Okami might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Okami. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Okami then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Okami not working

2. Fix Okami Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Okami be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Okami not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Okami may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
