OJ Microline Customer Insights

1. Can't even turn it off or switch modes, it refuses to accept any changes.Very quick, clean interface, very easy to program thermostat and copy to other days of the week.

2. I've confirmed the tstat is successfully hitting the OJT servers, so it's not some weird incorrectly-handled reachability issue either.App will not boot half the time and when it does there is major latency.

3. Loop of no information and no way to set up an account to login.Very slow response time.

4. However, it does work.Does not show any of my configured thermostats... App seems broken.

5. Changing the setpoint in the app also doesn't work anymore, the tstat never updates.

6. The latter is the correct set-point, confirmed by checking the tstat.

7. Is there a better option?Very slow and not responsive with lots of bugs.

8. I also would like to be able to set the energy price from the app.Can't login to the APP.

9. Energy use graph is very informative.1 very slow.

10. Will contact customer support...App is suddenly showing my floor as set for 32 F and with an actual temp of 80 F.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix OJ Microline Issues

1. Fix OJ Microline Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart OJ Microline: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the OJ Microline App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OJ Microline" » Open OJ Microline® UWG4 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OJ Microline » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear OJ Microline® UWG4 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OJ Microline servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OJ Microline® UWG4" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check OJ Microline app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OJ Microline might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall OJ Microline. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OJ Microline then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OJ Microline not working


2. Fix OJ Microline Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OJ Microline be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OJ Microline not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OJ Microline may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
