1. I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra and since switching to this phone with Consumer Cellular I've noted that the app no longer works, it says "you are not connected to the internet, please try again" whenever I open the app even though all my other apps work just fine.

2. My phone is reporting that this app is crashing frequently and asking if it should be put into deep sleep -which obviously would make it useless.I like this app as it helps keep me informed.

3. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, and other things.

4. Not gonna give a full rating, need to voice an issue.

5. I installed it specifically to receive updates, and all the settings are set to allow all notifications, yet I get none.

6. They seem to have tuned the alerts to the right level where most of them I get are the right level of importance.

7. Not sure what the point of the app is if it's not going to do the one thing it's supposed to do.

8. Will probably uninstall.Very helpful to be alerted to issues where I live.

9. Any help would be appreciated.This app is garbage.
