1. Thank you.The contents are good, but probably it's my hardware, the app response is just too sluggish.Can't share articles so can't read text on an e-reader making it not functional anymore.

2. (Reading NYT on the English app is chargeable.) Fast and easy-to-use app though my phone can't open the English versions at the bottom of the articles.The latest update seems to have removed landscape mode.

1. Fix NYTimes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NYTimes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NYTimes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NYTimes" » Open NYTimes - Chinese Edition » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NYTimes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NYTimes - Chinese Edition app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NYTimes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NYTimes - Chinese Edition" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NYTimes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NYTimes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NYTimes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NYTimes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NYTimes not working
