1. Works fine on I-phones but I am an android user!! Stop making life difficult for android users please!!!Was great and now won't even open and it's saying the app has a bug...Sad because it was a great app...Uninstalled will check back hopefully it gets fixed soonWorked on Android 11.

1. Fix EMR Guide Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EMR Guide: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EMR Guide App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EMR Guide" » Open EMR Guide » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EMR Guide » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EMR Guide app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EMR Guide servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EMR Guide" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EMR Guide app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EMR Guide might not work.
