1. It was manageable, I felt like I was making progress but around week 13 I missed some videos and got behind and the amount of videos became unmanageable and I eventually quit trying to catch up.
2. Update: Started working today after 3 weeks of not being able to watch the weekly videos.
3. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with it so far!Weekly videos haven't loaded for me in 3 weeks now; app crashes when I try to load.
4. The program is wonderful! The app is terrible! It's extremely slow and cumbersome, taking up to 15-20 seconds to load a new screen or entry.
5. One of the big reasons us people with weight issues struggle to control it is because of the overwhelming amount of things to manage during the weight loss process.
6. For two weeks now it hangs on the last second of a video and doesn't acknowledge that I've watched it no matter how many times I try or restart the app.
7. Update 3.9.23: The video hang glitch is still happening.Good app and program.
8. But it forced me to take a movement survey in order to watch videos, but i can't answer #6.
9. The core behavioral content is the program's strength.Edit: The longer I use this app, the less I agree with weighing in every day.
10. Thanks! Edit: I deleted and reinstalled the app and I can watch the videos now.
11. I like the 10-5-10 timer to use, however, it resets mid-meals often if you use your phone for something else (during my 5-minute break it would be nice to check email or something while I wait).
