1. I really dislike getting an email every single time I buy a one-way ticket.Never a great app, but it had the useful feature of showing what track a train was on at the station of your choosing.
2. It'll freeze, log you out, be unable to reload the busses position on its route and time before it arrives becomes wrong due to the long lag that if you don't notice and restart the app until it's caught up, you could think you have more time than you do.I finally downloaded the app in January and it worked well for keeping up with the schedules.
3. It doesn't show the time for the bus I'm looking for and my favorite are screwed! It won't save stop 31881 as a favorite no matter how many times I try!! The home screen is unreadable and constantly redirecting to ads.
4. When it works it's good but I often can't complete ticket purchases or access my tickets because I constantly get "can't connect to the server" messages.
5. Also, it doesn't remember a list of frequently entered stations, so it takes longer to enter station names.Overall does it's just.
6. Now, it is harder to run for a train when you're under pressure because you can't get the track number from the home screen of the app.The good: easy to buy and use tickets.
7. Finally, it seems that they took away the ability to not have receipts email to you every time you purchase a ticket.
8. What happened if I clear cache? Will my purchased tickets will be gone? Terrible in deed.
9. The bad: you can get the entire schedule for any NJT line, but it doesn't allow you to expand the schedule which has tiny print (i.e., this feature is worthless).
10. There should be more information about the monthly pass and the ticket selection page.
11. On the app., I purchased may mobile tickets , I am afraid they may be all gone.
