1. It's easier to call the clinic and spend my time on hold instead of using this app.This was great when it worked, but now it no longer works on my phone.
2. I have to reset my password every time I need to use the app to try to communicate my dying needs to my doctor.This "app" is simply a web shortcut.

8. In the app when you get the error, you're presented with an okay button to dismiss it, but you can press on that button until you wear a hole through your screen and it will not go away.The app is not up to date.
9. It causes them to stop what they're doing to answer a phone call when there's only two of them there working.
10. Now I have to call my pharmacy to request a refill.
11. The website and the app give you a non-descript error message that doesn't tell you anything about what's going on.
