myPatientVisit Portal Customer Insights

1. Plus very poorly designedDoesn't allow for you to register or there's no icon that says "forgot password " so basically u can't login ...useless garbage appCan't reset password.

2. Spelling errors in interface text, the aps runs slow, form designed in such a way that you cannot do multi-sellect even though questions are designed as such.

3. Only redeeming factor is ID upload seems to work smoothly.Cannot establish an account.

4. Why even have it if it doesn't work or help you out ? I'm just doing away with it !!Needs more work- Not much information visible.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix myPatientVisit Portal Issues

1. Fix myPatientVisit Portal Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart myPatientVisit Portal: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the myPatientVisit Portal App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myPatientVisit Portal" » Open myPatientVisit Portal » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myPatientVisit Portal » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear myPatientVisit Portal app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myPatientVisit Portal servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myPatientVisit Portal" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check myPatientVisit Portal app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myPatientVisit Portal might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall myPatientVisit Portal. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myPatientVisit Portal then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myPatientVisit Portal not working


2. Fix myPatientVisit Portal Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myPatientVisit Portal be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
