1. I continue using the app but I have to go to the Discover tab and manually track mood/sleep.Education is good but frequently when I finish a video I get a white screen with the checkmark and app is frozen so I have to close app and reopen to get it working again and find the course again.This app lies.

2. It's a great source and concept, but personally I find it lacking in some parts.The breathing reminder seemed to help, but the rest of it was actually stressful.

3. The mindfulness exercises are very short (you can actually choose different lengths) and really work in completely relaxing me in just 4 mins.

9. I was told by the doctor that this app was free after signing up and going through all the setup processes.

10. Right after the screen that says they will never give your information to 3rd party apps, they ask for permission to send and share data with Google.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix NeuroFlow Issues

1. Fix NeuroFlow Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart NeuroFlow: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the NeuroFlow App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NeuroFlow" » Open NeuroFlow » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NeuroFlow » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear NeuroFlow app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NeuroFlow servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NeuroFlow" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check NeuroFlow app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NeuroFlow might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall NeuroFlow. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NeuroFlow then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NeuroFlow not working


2. Fix NeuroFlow Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NeuroFlow be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NeuroFlow not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NeuroFlow may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I use the neuroflow app and redeemed my points for an amazon gift card. And the redemption code for rhe gift card is blank. It is not showing me it.
