1. No issues on Galaxy S23 ultra.Very nice app very simple to use and no ads popping up..also plays in the background... Tried just about all off them and i think this is one of the better ones on google play .. 2. Viewers, don't listen to those professional complainers! Try this device yourself! It works!Worked fine, but after I didn't use it for weeks/months it decided to open a very loud fullscreen ad in the middle of the night.

4. This does not increase volume at all with the 7T, it does make a lot of background static and it comes with adds out the Yang Yang, the adds are the olny part that works correctly on the 7T.

1. Fix Ear Agent Live Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ear Agent Live: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ear Agent Live App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ear Agent Live" » Open Ear Agent Live : Hearing Aid » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ear Agent Live » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ear Agent Live : Hearing Aid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ear Agent Live servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ear Agent Live : Hearing Aid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ear Agent Live app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ear Agent Live might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ear Agent Live. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ear Agent Live then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ear Agent Live not working
