The new login process that supposedly protects me better, (using number and one-time password) tells me that you are not able to authenticate my device through your own network so you ask me to login??? this does not show me that my data is secure with you!Most of the time, it does not work at all and updating, forcing close+reopening, uninstalling+reinstalling do not help.
2. Also, my app is in English, why aren't the text alerts and offers sent to me in English as well?I think it's the worst app ever, and it comes from Vodafone!! I can't login to complain for 100 times for the internet problems at home and of course to pay the bill.
3. I can't find a client service to express this persisting problem, so overall I am disappointed by this app.There aren't many days that the app works.EVERY SINGLE DAY whenever I enter the app something isn't working and for months now there is an ongoing problem with payments.
4. On January I could pay my bill though the app, till February I was redirected to browser to pay the bill and today I try to pay my bill the whole day and not even the redirection site works properly because I CANNOT see what's the bill, I have to fill the amount.
5. Yet, I continue not being able to login and I purchase new bundle every month with the Tobi support.
6. I just want to pay my phone and I cannot even log in.The app is difficult to use and does not provide a good user experience.
7. Cross fingers.A repetitive problem with log in appears every month which does not allow me to buy new bundle.
8. I have a data card only which cannot recieve calls or sms and they have successfully locked me out of the app with this genius move.
9. Of course they have removed the previously easy to find customer support.
10. Really sick of Vodafone Greece, I am moving to another carrier asap.It took many times for me to add funds and now I have them it won't allow me to add bundles.
11. The very polite and helpful technical support claimed to resolve the issue 3 months ago.
