1. Each time i call for support they have no record of prior attempts to fix the problems, so i have to reinvent the wheel, explain & try the same fixes that don't work, then say "we'll call back." They don't.Need to frequently Uninstall and then reinstall because it stops working.I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app literally 30 times because it will not notify me of pages.
2. This is NOT going to work.Previously was only intermittently sending notifications, now no longer sending any notifications despite troubleshooting as recommended via settings to override do not disturb, remember me, exempting from optimizing battery use, etc.
3. Sometimes the app doesn't notify me when I have a message ...Very frustrated using this appFaulty system...works ok for a while then quits alerting when call comes in.
4. I had to change my phone ring to burglar alarm for all calls so when Telemed operator calls me on my phone to see why I didn't answer the call I won't miss a call.
5. Changed every possible setting on the phone to allow notifications, turned off battery optimization, etc.
6. The last several weeks have been the absolute worst.Figured out android issue... Stopped alerting , no app notification sound or visual of new alert.
7. I have spent so much time on the phone with thr company trying to get it to work.
8. Sometimes you cannot call directly and answer the pages from the apps screen.
9. I sometimes had issues receiving notifications, but that was fixed when I disabled Android's battery optimization for the app.
10. No info thru telemed how to fix, had recommendations to check phone settings etc.
11. All settings are correct & it still doesn't work.
