1. Not worth your time.Can only enter email cant sign in or use anythingHaving trouble figuring out how to add my photo to the screenAbsolutely love this app!Will not run.

2. pure garbage of an app.While I have the required account on mySewnet, I do not have the required cloud services and cannot get it, as it only comes free with some machines, not mine.

3. If you have the software you can download the design from the mysewnet site and then export it to a usb - you do not need a mysewnet compatible machine doing it this way.

4. Wasted time and disk space.It doesn't even produce recognizable images from the simplest pictures.

5. I have customers that want loved ones handwriting on various items and this app allows me to do that for them.juvenile and disappointing nothing like advertised.

6. If you are trying to photo a design it is best to go over it with sharpie onto tracing paper before taking the picture.

7. strange black and white filter while taking pictures.

8. blurred and doesnt read objects well you want to capture.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix HUSQVARNA VIKING Issues

1. Fix HUSQVARNA VIKING Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart HUSQVARNA VIKING: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the HUSQVARNA VIKING App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HUSQVARNA VIKING" » Open HUSQVARNA VIKING® QuickDesign » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HUSQVARNA VIKING » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear HUSQVARNA VIKING® QuickDesign app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HUSQVARNA VIKING servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HUSQVARNA VIKING® QuickDesign" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check HUSQVARNA VIKING app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HUSQVARNA VIKING might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall HUSQVARNA VIKING. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HUSQVARNA VIKING then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HUSQVARNA VIKING not working
