1. Thomas & his great staff and it saves me a lot a time! I will check out this app & see if it has a workout diary, goal setting & a training plan & if not, maybe Kelsey techs can add it so it can be a more useful tool in our health journey! The app does have a Track My Health, but not workout.Excellent and responsive app for getting results and making appointments.

2. I especially like the option where you can request to get on a call list for an earlier appointment and it lets you know when there's an opening.I use this app to order prescription refills ans schedule appointments with doctors and keep up to date with upcoming appointments.

3. This is probably the .ost useful app on my phone.I love having my medical chart at hand whenever I want to look something up, an appointment, test result, my list of meds.

4. I can communicate with my Dr's via the app as well as view results, make payments, schedule appointments, see test results and much more.Love it.

1. Fix MyKelsey Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyKelsey: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyKelsey App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyKelsey" » Open MyKelsey » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyKelsey » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyKelsey app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyKelsey servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyKelsey" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyKelsey app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyKelsey might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyKelsey. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyKelsey then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyKelsey not working

2. Fix MyKelsey Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyKelsey be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyKelsey not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyKelsey may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
