Why should I report an Issue with Vectone?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Vectone to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. How do you get customers if they can't even register ? Tried so called 'support' No help in any way How do you get ANY customers? Beyond me !!! 1 star because It won't register less Wouldn't have minded if I had some kind of guide that actually works Don't bother wasting time with itI have bought a bundle this morning, my top up has since ran out, haven't been given use of said bundle and customer service decided it would be useful to hang up on me THREE times including a time that I explained to the man that I had been hung up on twice and he then literally went "yes.. hmmm.." and BLOODY HUNG UP!!! Actually outrageous service.

2. How should I figure out the balance? Definitely not recommendinstead of being able to see my bundle balance, I see that u gave me an extra number 'for free'; this extra number does not work anyway( it is only an extra wasting space on the app), the roaming is not working also; I can top up using the app but I have to call u to buy a bundle because it cannot be done through the appWon't even let me put on the number that I was allocated and the pre fix for England is +44 NOT +43 tried different variations of the number but no matter what and how much I try it won't accept it.

3. It is always open to your contacts and not the useful information of how much credit, data, minutes or messages you have, it is bad at updating that, i have used messages and calls and data, yet it hasnt updated.Don't bother with this app, or the network.

4. The extra number is a great idea, but guess what.. doesn't work.

5. Buying bundle for Latvia keep receiving bundle for Romania! Just how??? Had to ring them many times and no one seems to be bothered to help.

6. Doesn't display your data, needs fixing!!! It's an alright app if you are with Vectone as your provider, but it i really needs to improve.

7. Useless customer service, rubbish app & constantly over charging & topping up your account.

8. Bundles are supposedly cheap, but after you've missed a few important calls... And bundles expire after a month, but they don't tell you, just cut you off, and you struggle to give them money to top up again.

9. Yer off the Xmas card list you useless spannersFree local calls is a lie.

10. I believe it requires so many permissions only to steal our data, especially contacts (to build a map of who knows whom, and probably to sell the data to advertisers).

1. Fix Vectone Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vectone: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vectone App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vectone" » Open Vectone » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vectone » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vectone app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vectone servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vectone" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vectone app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vectone might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vectone. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vectone then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vectone not working

2. Fix Vectone Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vectone be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vectone not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vectone may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
