Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Multicuba Issues
1. Fix Multicuba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Multicuba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Multicuba App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Multicuba" » Open Multicuba » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Multicuba » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Multicuba app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Multicuba servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Multicuba" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Multicuba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Multicuba might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Multicuba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Multicuba then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Multicuba not working
2. Fix Multicuba Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Multicuba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Multicuba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Multicuba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I ordered a food package for my family on June 4 2021 Yestarday she had not received it yet ,she called the company in santiago de cuba and they delivered it today ,,,it is so dirty all terrible things in the rice ,,the vegetables are mostly wrotten and the bottle with syrup is so dirty ,,i paid $120.75 US for it she is sending it back and I want a full refund to my credit card ,,,its a pity that they have no food and they get a package thats suitable for pigs ...the order was #092033. to Yadira Forgas Vargas
