1. The page is just white and never loads.Not the best medical app I've ever used, can be a bit confusing & it seems as though a lot of the items I've entered do not save !Trying to reset username, getting directed to a security question page where the security question is not showing up no matter what I do.Only reason I downloaded this app over using the site was to have the virtual insurance card, except the card is a blank white screen.

2. Tried on all three family members accounts and all 3 are blank white screens.I'm trying to take the Health Risk Assessment and the app keeps crashing.can't search for a doctor.

3. Lastly, the edit pen doesn't actually let you edit only delete the whole box.Cannot update and/or enter correct profile info.

4. I did deduct a star because of a pop up saying I was eligible for a 90 day amazon prime free trial with only an accept button and no way to opt out.Literally the only reason I downloaded this app was for the "get a ride" feature.

6. I haven't actually used any services yet but I looked around the site and didn't have any issues navigating.

7. Tried multiple times, but there are no error messages, it just doesn't finish the registration.

8. Edit: The issue was apparently that my password didn't meet the requirements, which the app did not tell me.

9. If I run into any issues on the future I will update my review but so far so good.

10. I've been having to call them every three weeks for the past three years.

11. USELESS.Would have given it 5 stars except in the allergy input you can only put one symptom in.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Molina Issues

1. Fix My Molina Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Molina: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Molina App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Molina" » Open My Molina » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Molina » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Molina app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Molina servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Molina" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Molina app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Molina might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Molina. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Molina then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Molina not working


2. Fix My Molina Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Molina be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Molina not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Molina may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
