It would also be nice to send images without having to crop them, and even nicer, if it followed my setting it to the "Should I Answer" app for blocking text messages as well as phone calls.I am having an issue with this texting app.

3. Edit: My phone is the US model of the S10e, so no dual sim.Honestly, I really liked this app at first, but for the last... 6 or so months (I've lost track of time, so it could be longer), it doesn't let me send photos or GIFs.

1. Fix QKSMS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart QKSMS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the QKSMS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QKSMS" » Open QKSMS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QKSMS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear QKSMS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QKSMS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QKSMS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check QKSMS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QKSMS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall QKSMS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QKSMS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QKSMS not working

2. Fix QKSMS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make QKSMS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to QKSMS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, QKSMS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
