1. 😅 And I'd like to check darker colours which is now completely impossible in this app.It worked well for the changing of hair colour, however it's a bit unfair that if you want to get any other hair colours apart from natural you have to get premium, which is the whole reason I downloaded the app in the first place.This app can be a bit useful but other than that it makes you look a bit blury and no it is not my actual camera quality it is the app itself, not only that but it's very laggy too, it is not smooth and the colours aren't all that vibrant as you can still see your regular hair colour.It doesn't work well with very dark hair (own hair).

2. 🤩 But colour intensity should be also higher or at least changeable 'cause now dark brown colours look totally blonde on my blonde hair - I'm not sure it would look the same if I'd dye my hair brown in real.

4. The result is almost cartoon-ish and flat.All the good colours require premium service of the app which I assume you need to pay for but nothing happens when you click the link to upgrade.

1. Fix Hair Color Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hair Color: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hair Color App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hair Color" » Open Hair Color » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hair Color » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hair Color app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hair Color servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hair Color" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hair Color app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hair Color might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hair Color. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hair Color then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hair Color not working

2. Fix Hair Color Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hair Color be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hair Color not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hair Color may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
