My comment's, you do prove it.That's so nice app for me but it have so many ads if u can please reduce the ads cause that take our time so please repair itIt is very usefull, i can comment it for friends that use this apps means alot for you to see and easy get what you want.It's a very cool app, but it has a problem with texting the code too quickly.I like it, but the ads they are so annoying and it's not cool, pls fix thisThe app contains a lot of ads... it waste time and money.

2. Moboplus has great qualities but it needs high connection! Pls pls pls try to remove ads it is so tadious that we can't even use moboplus for a minute without seeing ads!😭This a useless app full of ad walls literally every two second (plus timers on the 'x' button).

1. Fix MoboPlus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MoboPlus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MoboPlus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MoboPlus" » Open MoboPlus - Private Messenger » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MoboPlus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MoboPlus - Private Messenger app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MoboPlus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MoboPlus - Private Messenger" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MoboPlus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MoboPlus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MoboPlus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MoboPlus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MoboPlus not working

2. Fix MoboPlus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MoboPlus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MoboPlus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MoboPlus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
