Why should I report an Issue with Media365 - eBooks?

1. Wrong! The price is UNBELIEVABLE and after subscription, you STILL get full page ads in between books! Yikes! 🤬I like it so far is good, just it's stopped very 10 minutes or around every 5 pages and i have to closed and open the app again.

2. I have used it for a few years and it provides a solid solution for managing books of various formats, includes access to interesting features including read aloud and has other perks such as finding new books to read in a strait forward manner.

3. If they fixed the crashing it would be perfect.Its a really great app for reading and storing books but, I hope you will improve your audio listening feature.

4. Books are mostly public domain, easily found elsewhere for free, so no wonder they use tricks to get your $30 a year.I LOVE the app for audio but it's very buggy and crashes dozens of times a day.

5. It's good to advance and read books while exercise or down times of my day, easy to use and very practical.So incredibly upset! This was my favorite app as I have an extensive ebook library.

6. This was the only e reader to have simply full page ads in between opening and closing books.

7. Not sure if there was an update but all of a sudden my downloads erased from my library and I don't have the option to upload an entire folder at once anymore.

8. it will randomly "freeze up" (not sure how else to put it) and will keep me from turning to the next page.

9. I don't have the world's largest phone, so I tried premium, thinking I'd support a great app.

10. Update after response from developer: There are other apps that are free to use that don't have a constant ad banner.

11. You can exit this screen by hitting the back arrow on your phone and search for free but it's intentionally unintuitive.

1. Fix Media365 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Media365: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Media365 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Media365" » Open Media365 - eBooks » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Media365 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Media365 - eBooks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Media365 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Media365 - eBooks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Media365 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Media365 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Media365. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Media365 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Media365 not working

2. Fix Media365 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Media365 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Media365 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Media365 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
