Why should I report an Issue with KWWL?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The older version was easier to find things as the presentation was cleaner!I've deleted the KWWL app in favor of KCRG because of what gets billed as "top" or "breaking" news.

2. However, channel 7 haa been my primary news source for over 20 years.I shut off the notifications but they keep getting turned back on.

3. How could weather prediction accuracy have degraded so much?Terrible - nothing shows up!! I get notifications but clicking on them or on the app brings up a KWWL logo and nothing else.

4. Yes, I realize those stories were in the Nation/World but they certainly deserve more time and notice than Chik Filet.does not open on my phone.

5. I don't see how chik filet adding new menu items is newsworthy let alone top news.

6. No mention of Theresa May winning a vote if no confidence in the British parliament or US service members being killed.

7. I use my phone for my alarm clock I don't need the notifications waking me up.Personally, I prefer a sidebar.

8. Has been confusing with having the sections at the bottom of the page.There's no refresh or updates.

9. The app itself works fine, but..the content is terrible since the weather forecasts are 90% wrong.

10. It happens 90% of the time! Forecast accuracy in the 1980s was far higher.

11. Trying a reinstall but then may just take it off altogether.Just my opinion, but I liked their older version of the app.

1. Fix KWWL Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KWWL: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KWWL App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KWWL" » Open KWWL » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KWWL » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KWWL app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KWWL servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KWWL" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KWWL app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KWWL might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KWWL. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KWWL then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KWWL not working

2. Fix KWWL Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KWWL be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KWWL not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KWWL may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
