1. Until there are significant design improvements, I'll be using Mixlr's web application far more than I'll be using the phone app.Good app! signing up is easy and the application works great even on windy and rainy days.

When he listens to the services live, the connection isn't always steady causing the audio to cease causing him to have to log out and back in to listen to the podcast (it is also not an internet connection issue with his device.) We just wanted to let you know of this issue so your team could resolve it.

1. Fix Mixlr Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mixlr: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mixlr App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mixlr" » Open Mixlr - Listen to live audio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mixlr » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mixlr - Listen to live audio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mixlr servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mixlr - Listen to live audio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mixlr app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mixlr might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mixlr. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mixlr then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mixlr not working

2. Fix Mixlr Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mixlr be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mixlr not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mixlr may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
