1. Latest version keeps crashingThere is a problem when trying to read that's in front of you, it jumping how can any one read the news when it is jumping all over the place, and the mirror WhatsApp it's like it is imitating a fle that just can't stop jumping about and have missed half of the news, you can scroll back but it doesn't make it better just more of the same, and if I buy the paper what am I buying a little bit of news and a bulk of advertising.

2. Where do I have to go to get good stability in being able to read.App opens on main NEWS page then switches away to another page as you begin to read.

3. Data is so expensive and such heavy apps take their toll.I wanted to use this app to find up to date news and breaking news, but instead the top things that come up are celebrity type things.

4. This means a tug of war to read an article only to give up.Whatever you've tried to update or improve in the app over the last couple of months hasn't worked.

Even more annoying is clicking on an item only for a completely unrelated article to open instead.Please fix this app as it has never worked properly and I have uninstalled it in the past only to give it another go months later only to be disappointed yet again.It's a nice looking app but it doesn't work properly.

1. Fix The Mirror Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart The Mirror: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the The Mirror App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The Mirror" » Open The Mirror » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The Mirror » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear The Mirror app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The Mirror servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Mirror" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The Mirror app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Mirror might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall The Mirror. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The Mirror then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The Mirror not working

2. Fix The Mirror Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make The Mirror be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to The Mirror not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, The Mirror may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
