1. It is for protecting your data in case you need to access it from other phone, but that is a premium feature, so that justification is not valid for free users, where you don't need that if the data would be stored offline .

10. The camera quality is bad, if I want to upload my own photo which is higher quality, there's that money grab fee to upgrade.

11. You can DIY or use an alternative to monitor your mole's progression.I tried to sign up on premium and it just sat there after I entered my Google Pay info.

I am canceling the app. I now visit a skin clinic and have all my freckles and moles mapped which I attend once every 12 months. Cancel my subscription please. Yours sincerely Jo Keesman
