1. User interface is a bit lacking but functional.Thank you SO much for putting the time and effort into this app!!! It includes multiple (and VERY professional) charts, has more settings than I'd ever know what to do with (I'm not a medical professional), and for someone who knows how to understand the terminologies, it provides WAY better statistics/graphing than the Samsung Health app ever THOUGHT about incorporating into their app, and you provided it AD-FREE with the terminologies explained...AMAZING!!! ***ONLY for Samsung spO2 sensors***This app brings more than I could think of as I was looking for a heart rate app that uses a Samsung Galaxy heart rate monitor instead of a camera.

Bless you sir (note* app gives easy to understand outcomes in results page and uses the actual sensor than can be found in many phones-not the camera lens** i think the very latest samsung phones don't have that..so please check first.)App shows exact measure data but it has no correction algorithms to calculate Hart rate.

3. Uses the heart rate sensor and spo2 sensor of your phone to give detailed results about your vitals.

4. If you want more information press the top right button and click all options.This is the most usefull heart rate app for my edge s6.

6. I switched to Samsung Health app which calculates my Hart rate correctly.

7. I also want to thank the developers for using either no ads or no intrusive ads.Seems good to me when used with Samsung s6 sensor.

8. Help files are well written and well...helpful. Greatest room for improvement in this version would be additional diagrams in the help files to explain heart function and the math behind the measurements.

9. This app shows a lot more data than just the heart rate.

10. Could there be some guidance as to how to relate these readings to blood pressure?? Or the app adapted to give a simple idiot proof (me) reading for this.

1. Fix Heart Rate Analyzer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Heart Rate Analyzer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Heart Rate Analyzer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Heart Rate Analyzer" » Open Heart Rate Analyzer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Heart Rate Analyzer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Heart Rate Analyzer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Heart Rate Analyzer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Heart Rate Analyzer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Heart Rate Analyzer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Heart Rate Analyzer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Heart Rate Analyzer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Heart Rate Analyzer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Heart Rate Analyzer not working

2. Fix Heart Rate Analyzer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Heart Rate Analyzer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Heart Rate Analyzer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Heart Rate Analyzer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
