1. The team does not care about genuine issues related to a single customer who has been using their service since 2016.

(I tried to enter *5* different CC online but it didn't take any of them...debit or credit from 3 banks with plenty of money and limit)I generally don't write reviews but really did not like this experience in the least.It was the best app I had come accross and had no complains about the service & delivery.
3. How can you stop delivering my pin code when all other deliveries come through.....What is the issue?? Pls resolve it immediately..!!!Worst customer care and service.
4. Thanks.Not able to edit address if you are not delivering on some location at least you have to show the nearest store or delivering spot.
5. When I click the "pay now" option, the message I am getting is " Transaction failed, if any amount have been deducted from your account contact Myra support team "with two option to proceed "ok got it" and "retry".
6. I am not able to find the location where you can deliver or Everytime asking for address if you are not finding the location.
7. After entering the address it says we don't service at your location.
8. After wasting a lot of time it says we don't serve at your location.Incredibly disappointed by app and by service.
9. This is really annoying to see such a cheap marketing tricks.Everything was and is ok except, lately, say for the last three - four months I have been having problem paying online.
10. Also the app should consider the Google location manually, or if it takes automatically then it must be editable.Can't explore the app without entering the address.
11. Been reaching out to their customer care team for more than 20 days.
