1. I'm having problems just trying to sign up! I've tried on my phone and my laptop and I keep getting a error, I've tried 3 different emails.This app needs work I know you have alot of dreams and aspirations for it I suggest shutting it down Work on it very well It looks too basic While I'm using it I feel like I'm using old Facebook Many things aren't working Work on the app Improve it Improve the look Please I'm saying this with love in my heart Work on this abeg abegThe app locked me out.

2. I had high hopes I wanted to connect and express myself the way they advertised the app.Sign up...I guess this app is no longer up & running.... I signed up but never received an email it claimed it sent....I try to sign in, it doesn't let me, I reset password, account doesn't exist... I sign up, user already exists..... idk 🤷🏾 ♂️I am transitioning to all Black-owned social media.

3. I tried resetting my password however the app's password reset button doesn't work.

4. Not a good Don't download this I forgot my password and it would not accept my reset pin.

5. They need a place like this, too.App just stopped working, says I am logged in but not showing any of my account info or post, won't let me log out.

6. Fix it because the app is a brilliant idea but only if it worksI can't seem to login dispute I've changed my password severally.

1. Fix MelaninPeople Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MelaninPeople: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MelaninPeople App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MelaninPeople" » Open MelaninPeople » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MelaninPeople » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MelaninPeople app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MelaninPeople servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MelaninPeople" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MelaninPeople app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MelaninPeople might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MelaninPeople. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MelaninPeople then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MelaninPeople not working

2. Fix MelaninPeople Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MelaninPeople be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MelaninPeople not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MelaninPeople may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
