MyCareLink Smart Customer Insights

1. How do I connect next time? The program has not been uninstalled. Will no longer work with developer options enabled on phone.

2. I spent nearly an hour on the phone with customer service trying to get the app to work on my LG, as it had worked fine for the last three readings.

3. Have talked to Medtronic 2 different times, they finally sent me a new device and it does not work.

4. So I went to Google, and when I finally put in my care link smart does not work with my Galaxy note 9, I found a discussion board that said it is not compatible.

5. Prior to the update, every time I tried to use the device to send a report, the unit acted like it could not locate my pacemaker until AFTER I felt completely better.

6. Be good if I could get a call or txt to assure that, All went well."just updated the app, and now when i click on the app to connect to the base unit, it shows a gear cog symbol & bar graph, it gets half full and then the app crashes.

7. When I NEEDED it to work, it didn't.This app stinks!!! I have installed on 2 different phones and it does not work on either one.

8. So my assertion that the app no longer works with developer options enabled stands, and Medtronic's solution was "dont use the app".Thanks for the robo response, Medtronic.

9. Keep voicing your troubles, Medtronic will help! Kathy P🦋🌺🦜No app shows on my phone any longer.

10. Thank goodness we have different phones and carriers. It use to work great, but today's attempt to transmit would not work.

11. So easy to use, quickly completed(about a minute)! I am so sorry for those who are not able to get the same results and enjoyment that I and many others are getting! It's bad enough we need a pacemaker, but to also have problems with staying ahead of potential trouble spots is adding more stress to our lives.
