1. I can't save it for my records, I can't share it with my loved ones, I can't share it with a medical professional outside the app ecosystem.The app worked great the first time I used it.

2. Positives were that it let you see most (if not all) of your medical history/information before it broke.Horrible. I'm on an android 11, I have the setting on to save credentials and still, I have to keep entering the login name and password manually.

3. Contact feature is also flawed, cannot update med list, and when I sent a msg via the contact link, it didn't solve anything.

4. I'm sure it would be great if it weren't broken, but after I choose my areas portal it just gets a white screen and hangs until I close the app.

5. Shows all medical records, allows you to make appointments, and lets you message your doctor directly.

6. So instead, I have to deal with the website and resetting my login information almost every time I use it, because even if I enter it perfectly it still denies entry.

7. Prior to virtual appointments I test my connection and it always says I have denied mic and camera permissions so the testing fails.

8. So now anytime I wish to send my doctor a message through the app, I have to search for an old email and go that route.

9. Very convenient to have this information accessible whenever and have the ability to communicate with my doctors easily.

10. The biometric sign in is not working with the app, And it also always shows that I have no recent portals even though I was just using it a few minutes ago.

11. This worked at the beginning (except saving passwords) but since the first update, it hasn't worked since.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MEDITECH MHealth Issues

1. Fix MEDITECH MHealth Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MEDITECH MHealth: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MEDITECH MHealth App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MEDITECH MHealth" » Open MEDITECH MHealth » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MEDITECH MHealth » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MEDITECH MHealth app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MEDITECH MHealth servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MEDITECH MHealth" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MEDITECH MHealth app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MEDITECH MHealth might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MEDITECH MHealth. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MEDITECH MHealth then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MEDITECH MHealth not working
