1. Eventually I borrowed a phone to create a log in and used it on my phone to get an account, because they just couldn't have a web page to create the account outside of the application.I can't fill out my profile because the app doesn't recognize my FULL and legal address! It keeps saying "Must use full address," and CHANGES my address to an arbitrary address that doesn't even exist on our road! So, I am going to have to find/use a different option that works!I keep getting a connection error.

2. Good concept, poor execution.I created an account but haven't been able to connect for doctor names and location..constant error messages..connection cannot be established..very frustrating.

3. If you need help, do not bother with this app.App says "search for a doctor," but asks for a name first!! There appears to be no regional list or (gosh!) map of doctors who might even use this app...so I guess I have to keep plugging in my OWN doctors' names to see if they would even subscribe to this app.

4. My technical son troubleshooted app for permission s etc.no way to send a text without getting another error message..app then locked up Where is helpdesk support?I used the Medici app back in May and recently highly recommended it to one of my friends.

5. And needs to be rewritten so that it would be work better.App wouldn't accept my address or local pharmacy, even when I tried to use the choice selected by the app itself.

6. I got charged for the consultation but not able to see the status or my prescription and not able to reach to doctor.

7. This app is preventing me from reaching them.It worked ok and was able to connect with a doctor.

8. No matter whether you tried to slide the button push the button-down and hold it or just tap the button it would not answer.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Direct Health Issues

1. Fix Direct Health Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Direct Health: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Direct Health App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Direct Health" » Open Direct Health for Patients » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Direct Health » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Direct Health for Patients app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Direct Health servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Direct Health for Patients" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Direct Health app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Direct Health might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Direct Health. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Direct Health then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Direct Health not working


2. Fix Direct Health Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Direct Health be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Direct Health not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Direct Health may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
