1. This app does NOT require Mi Fit (huge plus and battery savings) yet can still update the firmware when a new version is released.A lot of the customizations seem to have no effect on the band 3, sleep tracking does not seem to work if you work 3rd shift, app does not seem to want to keep itself alive and when it's killed, it will not show the notification content.

2. It seems like the nofitications dont quite work right, they work for a period of time and then it seems like the app and the mi band sort of fall out of sync, and it stops forwarding notifications.

3. Only solution is to factory reset the band which then loses all data since the last sync, and this has happened to me a dozen times in a three months now.

4. Right now, I'm not logging any exercise activities because of this "feature", which is draining my battery faster than it should.Having used *every* Mi Band tool on the Android market, this is far and away the top one to use.

5. Works fine for several days, then out of the blue refuses to connect with mi band and fails to sync with Google Fit.

1. Fix Notify Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Notify: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Notify App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Notify" » Open Notify for Mi Band » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Notify » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Notify for Mi Band app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Notify servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Notify for Mi Band" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Notify app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Notify might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Notify. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Notify then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Notify not working

2. Fix Notify Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Notify be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Notify not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Notify may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
