1. If tpu go into the menu tap and click exit, it sends you to upload documents, and when you finally force the exit bu swiping away the window, you get an email the the document was not uploaded.

2. Not sure why that happened but I waited a few days and was able to log in.DO NOT USE THIS APP! It was easy enought to upload the documents.

3. After uploading, the app asks if you want to finish or upload more documents, i clicks finsh, and it sends me back to uploading documents.

4. Also would be great if one could add a comment to uploads....I could only upload 1 photo at a time when it clearly provides the option to be able to upload the 4 I needed to upload at one time.

1. Fix NYSOH Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NYSOH: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NYSOH App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NYSOH" » Open NYSOH Mobile Upload » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NYSOH » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NYSOH Mobile Upload app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NYSOH servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NYSOH Mobile Upload" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NYSOH app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NYSOH might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NYSOH. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NYSOH then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NYSOH not working

2. Fix NYSOH Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NYSOH be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NYSOH not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NYSOH may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
