1. please fix this Marvel!It's a great game overall except for the web shooting one, it's impossible, and if you play marvel HQ, I highly reccomend mystiero rush on spider-man.Worst game I deleted a game for this when I turn off my Wi-Fi I couldn't play any games when I turn on my Wi-Fi it loads forever ⚠️WARNING ⚠️do not play this game it's a waste of storage.I really don't know what to say about the playing experience because every time I open the app, it takes FOREVER to get to the home screenThe game says that you can play offlne but you cant.

2. 1, it does not have a lot of characters to play as.2,it does not have q lot of games this is not a problem for me but it also takes down the characters.and finally 3,it takes A LOOONG time to load whem you first download it.but i like the game.Fun. To those who have an issue with the game: either get a better phone or reboot/factory reset your phones.

For Spider-Man there can be a Sinister Six game which I would love, and there can also be Xmen games and FF games.This is a really good game, it has challenges but that is what makes a game fun, right? 1. Fix Marvel HQ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Marvel HQ: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Marvel HQ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Marvel HQ" » Open Marvel HQ – Games, Trivia, and » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Marvel HQ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Marvel HQ – Games, Trivia, and app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Marvel HQ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Marvel HQ – Games, Trivia, and" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Marvel HQ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Marvel HQ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Marvel HQ. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Marvel HQ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Marvel HQ not working

2. Fix Marvel HQ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Marvel HQ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Marvel HQ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Marvel HQ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
