1. 10 days have passed and I haven't received anything in paypal 😞This app is totally crazy I only got a 100 points I completed my profile and it was still requesting that I complete it , I completed the surveys and did not receive any pointsYou complete a bunch of surveys then get a message that you aren't suitable for the survey!? Ripoff!!2,5/5* now I'm getting annoyed.

2. I start to believe this is because I hit the 1000 points and on purpose it just doesn't allow me to make more... Also no notifications tho I clicked ON in the app, yet doesn't tell me when new ones are up...Well, it is not so surprising that UK, Spain, Italy and Germany in Europe have enough surveys for withdrawal on a monthly, even yearly base.

3. Most of the surveys are already completed and they don't work well.I did the 1000 points and they say that in 3 days you will receive the money.

4. QUESTION ISN'T STILL ANSWERED!!!Every day the app shows new surveys, but then if you click on them it always says that its full even after you just refreshed 10 seconds ago... Then if you get into a survey it will only pay you USD 0.2 for 10 minutes of work mostly which is a lot less compared to others imo.

5. Anyway, how about adding a one shared group chat for all the users? I noficed people trying to communicate with each other through the mini-surveys, would be more effective through a chat.The surveys never work.

6. However, there are 2 things that could be better: Yuno surveys — they won't ever work because I'm not the 'right profile', but the option to enter the survey is still there.

7. I understand if I'm not good for SOME of the surveys but for more than a month ALL the surveys there are say closed, not available or I'm not right for them, all of them, the moment I click, w/o any questions to define me, incl.

8. However I was slacking maybe on a quarter of the surveys and didn't fill them when I had the chance.

1. Fix Marketagent Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Marketagent: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Marketagent App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Marketagent" » Open Marketagent » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Marketagent » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Marketagent app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Marketagent servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Marketagent" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Marketagent app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Marketagent might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Marketagent. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Marketagent then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Marketagent not working

2. Fix Marketagent Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Marketagent be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Marketagent not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Marketagent may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
