2. Dealer have about 60 seconds to check a car at the line, all they want a quick scan and you can see all important info, value of vehicle, title info, how many owners etc... With the new app you have to click on so many things to find the info, by that time the car have gone by.

3. People don't care how pretty app is, functionality is the key.New update much better then previous because it shows pictures and stuff, but still haven't added an ON/OFF bidding button.

4. I had just opened new app and it started bidding on car I did not want when pressing volume button on my phone, need to fix or it's a trap to buy a car you don't want.

5. There's not a lot of real estate on the screen so why clutter it with piles of images? The old application functioned well and could have used a minor refresh.

1. Fix Manheim Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Manheim: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Manheim App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Manheim" » Open Manheim » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Manheim » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Manheim app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Manheim servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Manheim" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Manheim app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Manheim might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Manheim. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Manheim then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Manheim not working

2. Fix Manheim Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Manheim be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Manheim not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Manheim may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
